J'ai plusieurs de vos caméras et routeurs. Et je suis très étonné de ne pas avoir l'option RTSP sur votre nouveau modèle ?
C'est très gênant de ne pouvoir la mettre sur mon DVR

This is outrageous.
I also bought this model for using it with RTSP. And discovered the feature had been erased just after receiving it, on this thread.
But the feature is still PUBLICIZED on your website, on the C425 datasheet.
You can advice the owners that using RTSP continuous play will drain you battery but you got to let them choose , not decide to remove the feature !

Well I hope it's the good one, but the date is ok according to the release notes and the change to the RTSP info page.

Hi,
Could you please send us the link to the page on our official website that displays Tapo C425 support for RTSP or ONVIF protocol? I'll forward it to the relevant team to correct the information on our official website.
If you want to establish the RTSP/Onvif stream with a Tapo camera, it's recommended to contact your retailer to see if you can return the Tapo C425 and purchase another model that is powered by a power adapter.
