Unable to use sync-to-sound feature in Tapo L920
Hi, the sync-to-sound feature of L920 doesn't seem to work, I keep getting error that my mobile isn't on the same wifi network even though it is. I tried all the troubleshooting steps as well, but no luck. Can you suggest any way to make it work

- Turn off cellular data.
- Disable VPN if any.
- Restart the phone
- Compare the IP address of the mobile phone and the light strip to verify whether they're on the same network.
For example,
Devices are on the same subnet: 192.168.0.100, 192.168.0.101
Devices are on the different subnet: 192.168.0.100, 192.168.1.101
