the update broke my camera.  all my other 7 cameras I ignore a Tapo prompt - now i get a pop up telling me every 5 mins to update

 

what stupid a way to ruin your company name

Hi,
Typically, if the camera has a stable internet connection and there is no power outage during the upgrade process, the upgrade can be successful.

 

Do you have 7 Tapo C310 working and get the upgrade firmware prompt every 5 minutes on the Tapo app? Would you please send us a picture of the prompt?
