Tapo C125 - Popping noises in silent room
Hello,
I recently got a C125 camera to use as a temporary baby monitor.
Version: 1.3.2 Build 241122 Rel. 43589n
When I use it at night in an almost silent room, with only a low-running AC that's not even blowing near the camera, it seems like the camera is trying to pick up that subtle background noise. This results in some very annoying popping sounds. I uploaded a sound sample.
I tried lowering the mic volume. It helped a little, but the popping sounds were still there, just quieter.
To me, it sounds like the noise suppression is working too aggressively. Is there any way to turn it off? I haven't had any issues with speech recognition, but things sound inconsistent during the day. Voices are clear when the kids are in the room, but sudden noises come through way too loud on the camera.
Thanks,
Alex
