Hi,
I’m having trouble with my Tapo C510W camera, which suddenly went offline. I’ve tried basic troubleshooting, but it didn’t resolve the issue.
I also removed the device from the Tapo app and attempted to reconnect it. However, during the setup process at the “Connect to Device Network” step, the Tapo network does not appear.
Currently, the device is blinking red and green.
Device details:
- Model: Tapo C510W
- Hardware Version: 1
- Firmware: Unknown (cannot check since the device is not connected to the app)
Could anyone please advise on how I can fix this issue?
