Model: Tapo H200
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.5.2 Build 20250603 rel.59798

Hi

Does the H200 fully support the D235

I'm having some really poor experience of constant errors in the Tapo app and I can't seem to setup the D235 doorbell properly with the H200.

If I open up the H200 hub in the app and go to Connected Devices (currently 0), when I select to add a new device, the Tapo D235 is not listed as one of the supported doorbell options. There are only two showing, D230 and TD23

Tapo D235's network type is wireless 2.4GHz, not Tapo SubGHz. This doorbell cannot choose Tapo hub as its network source during the configuration, it has to be connected to a 2.4GHz WiFi.

Once the doorbell is set up successfully, you can enable its interoperability with the Tapo hub: store videos to the hub, or use it as a WiFi backup. [Guide] How to Store Tapo Camera or Doorbell's Videos to a Tapo Smart Hub
