Model: Tapo C200

Hardware Version: V3

Firmware Version: 1.4.2

Hello.

I have three C200 cameras.
The first has hardware version 3.0 and firmware 1.4.2 and offers the option to activate notifications by type (motion detection, person detection, and tampering).
The other two have hardware version 5.0 and firmware 1.2.3, and this option does not exist.

Being able to activate notifications based on their type is really useful.
Why isn't it available on all cameras?

Hi,
Usually, the ability to select the detection type on the camera's Notifications page will be added through firmware updates. It's recommended to keep your camera's firmware up to date to enjoy the new features.
