I have read many solutions but either they don't work or not possible to implement.

I have unlinked Alexa and Google Home, and switched off the devices.

I have unlinked Third Party Services.

The Cam is on the same wifi network as everything else.

I temporarily disabled the 5GHz channel.

I have tried disabling cellphone  connection.

I cannot find anything blocking it on my Eero network.

Camera is receiving good signal with an access point two metres away.

I have reset the camera.

The camera SD card has plenty of memory left.

 Eufy camera does not have this issue, so I guess that rules out anything to do with my WiFi.

 

What else can I do?

Hi,
You can refer to the following instructions to see why the "Continue" prompt appears in the Tapo app when watching the camera's live feed, and there are some tips you can try.
Why can't I view the live stream of the Tapo camera continuously?
 

If the same phenomenon persists, please confirm the following information.
  1. Refer to the instructions to check the camera's RSSI value, and check if your phone can ping the camera's IP address successfully.
      How to check and improve the network connection stability of Tapo smart devices 


  2. If yes, you can try unplugging the internet cable to your Eero network, then force close the Tapo app, reopen it, and check if you can stream the camera's live feed continuously. If yes, plug the internet cable back into the Eero device.
