I have installed devices with my smart phone and then installed Tapo on my computer. As I fill in my rooms with devices on my computer it deletes them from my smart phone or vice versa. I Have tried several times. All I want to do is have this program working on both my smart phone and computer at the same time.

Hi, 
Currently, the Tapo app is designed specifically for mobile devices such as smartphones and tablets. There is no official web-based Tapo app or dedicated application for Windows or Mac computers. We recommend using the Tapo app on your mobile device to set up and manage your Tapo devices.

 

For the feature request to have a Tapo app for computers, please vote and leave your comments in the thread "Tapo App availability on Windows" for evaluation.
