Hi everyone,
I have two C64 routers (1-C64, with a WPS and reset button on one button, and the 2-C64 with a dedicated hole for the reset button). I set up one mesh, which is the 1-C64 serving as the main router and the 2-C64 as a satellite router. I follow the instructions for Ethernet backhaul connection (LAN to LAN) with cat6 LAN cable. At first, my connection was good based on my previous benchmarks, but the problem occurred when I added another LAN connection to my satellite router. When I plug the LAN cable into the computer, my download speed significantly drop while my download speed is okay. I already approached the seller of this product and performed troubleshooting. I reset both routers and changed LAN cables, but the problem still occurs when I plug an additional LAN cable into my satellite router. Please help me with this problem.

When you connect the main router to the satellite router via Ethernet cable, please check the EasyMesh lists to see if the connection between the routers is via Ethernet backhaul.
To the best of my knowledge, the current hardware version of Archer C64 that supports EasyMesh Ethernet Backhaul is v4. You can refer to EasyMesh Routers Support Building a EasyMesh Network via Ethernet Backhaul NOW
