Camera not connecting with mobile devices

You can try the following steps and see if they help.
1. Reboot the router and then ensure its Wi-Fi is working.
2. Reboot the camera, wait for two minutes, and then check if it will reconnect to the router's Wi-Fi.
If not, you can try pressing and holding the reset button on the camera for 10 seconds to perform a factory reset, then reconfigure the camera to connect to the router's Wi-Fi.
