Recordings at night i.e a person walking past just looks like a ghost with the image around being clear the person is diluted and looks translucent

During the day its clear

The camera is set to record in colour at night is it possible I have left a protective film on when I've installed it ?

Any ideas on how to fix this it just seems to be the middle third of the viewable picture

Enhance Video Clarity: Troubleshooting Tips for Improving Camera Video Quality

If the same phenomenon persists, please provide the following information for further analysis.
1. On the camera's Device Settings > Video & Display > Video Quality page, which option is selected? On the Night Mode Settings page, is the Color Mode selected?
2. Could you please send us a video showing the reported phenomenon? You can download a video from the camera's Playback page or record a video manually on the camera's Live View page, then upload the video to your cloud server (such as Google Drive) or YouTube, generate a download link, and send it to me (@Solla-topee) via a private message.
