After some time experiencing a problem with Tapo live camera video feed not streaming on Samsung TV through SmartThings, I discovered that both devices must be connected to the same 2.4ghz wifi network. If either device is on 5ghz, lived feed won't play. All working good now. The 2.4/5fhz conguration can be set on the Tapo Deco app. Hope this helps anyone else with this issue.
