Tried several times but it says wrong password, yet itys the password i use

Hi,
For the reported phenomenon, please try the following steps to troubleshoot.
  
  1. Please go to your phone's Settings > Wi-Fi page, tap or press the router's Wi-Fi network, click on forget this network, and then reconnect to it, enter the Wi-Fi password manually to ensure it's correct.

 

  2. Press and hold the reset button on the camera for 10 seconds to factory reset it, then reconfigure it and check if it helps.

 

  3. You can enable a hotspot Wi-Fi on your phone, factory reset the camera, configure it with another phone, connect it to the hotspot Wi-Fi, and then check if you can set it up.
