Model: Deco M9 Plus  
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.2.6 build 20190308 Rel 45598

I upgrade my Deco M9 plus since first day to last firmware through Deco App but I can see some subjects some customers they upgraded to ver 1.2.8 but all my devices still on ver 1.2.6 build 20190308 Rel 45598.

 

Is there regional restrictions?  And why not get last version 1.2.8

Hi,

 

It will take some time to release the latest firmware. It starts from US.

 

So please do not worry about that, you can refer to the official website or the Deco app for updates.

 

Meanwhile we will remind our staff to accelerate the process.
