problem with Tapo C100 and Alexa

You can start a new thread to share your ideas or ask questions.Hi i wonder if anyone can help me ? i have my tapo c100 conected to my alexa show but after a few mins alexa stops showing the live image from the camera, is there something i can do to make it stay on all the time ?.

If you are using Alexa to watch the live stream of the Tapo camera, it will be disconnected automatically when it arrives at a certain minute as it’s a Cloud-to-Cloud service which will strain your network bandwidth more and cause more data allowance overages. If you want to continue watching, you may ask it to show again by voice command "Alexa, show me the [Camera Name]".
