I had same issue since I started activating 'parental control' functions half year ago.

My model is VR1600v came free with broadband 1 year contract.

 

I love the features/functions that VR1600v offer, but very disappointed about the bug and reliability.

 

I also reported the same issue 'service filtering' unable to delete, whether you toggle the 'service filtering' off or not, or try empty the black list in 'access control' as someone in the forum suggested.

 

 

Here is my tp-link router firmware version.  

Current Firmware Version:0.1.0 0.9.1 v5006.0

Build 200810

Rel.53181n 

Hardware Version:Archer VR1600v v2 00000000
