Hi! Newbie here. I decided to join the forum because of this problem. Some phones can't connect to my AX10 i.e. my mom's Xiaomi Mi a2 lite and my gfriend's redmi note 5. I had the same problem before when i'm trying to connect my tapo p100. Although I fixed it and connected my tapo p100 successfully by disabling IP and mac binding. However, this solution did not resolve the issue on the said phones.

I remember before, my neighbor asked me to connect his old smart phone to our connection to contact their ISP because they lost theirs and it connected without a problem. I hope someone can help me with my problem. Thank you! Stay safe peeps!

Hello, then you try to connect to the AX10 wireless network on the Xiaomi Mi a2 lite and Redmi Note 5, is there any error message, such as cannot connect or incorrect password?

 

You may try to modify the wireless settings on the AX10, such as Wireless channel for the 2.4GHz to 1 or 6 or 11,  channel width to 20MHz, wireless security to WPA2-PSK/AES, then reboot both the AX10 and the phones.

Hello. I also have problems connecting a Xiaomi Mi A2 to an AX1500. I would have changed the wifi security settings, but I don't have the option WPA2-PSK/AES.

Thanks for the reply, @terziyski! I've already done that and it didn't work until, at the suggestion of a colleague of the forum, set the version to "auto". This seems to be the only combination of settings that work for me!
