I have a question about the new On/Off feature.  What use is it, why would you want to toggle the power state?

 

The Custom on duration is great, but the above feature has me bemused.

Hi,

Did you mean that why we add the on/off switch on the Tapo P100 like this:

You could turn on or off the device which is connected to the plug on the APP with this feature, and the plug itself is already powered no unless you unplug it from the wall.

Hi, I was referring to this feature in Smart Actions/My Actions

 

Switch the device's current state ( to on if it's off and vice versa).
