Hi, I'm new here.

I've noticed my Archer VR400 AC1200 is generating DSL errors on both up and downstream. 

This is my 2nd VR400 and both devices have been seeing these errors.

Firmware is the latest available and the errors have been seen since I unboxed the devices. 

I've had an engineer out who fitted a new filtered master socket which the router is connected to direct without any extensions. While running full end to end tests he saw errors with the VR400, but when I changed back to my older W9970 V3 tp link router everything was fine. That's the reason I got another new VR400 

I'm confused if these errors are expected since they were not showing on old router? They are showing on 2 new VR400's, but I know my line is fine and passed testing on older router. 

Could a setting be invalid on the router causing the errors?
