@Adammiller

Hi, the final issue has not been located yet.

If possible, Could you please help me check for more details:

  1. What is the model number of your product and what are the current firmware and hardware versions?
  2. Except for the sky Q main box, do you have any mini box?
  3. Was the Sky Q box connected to the TP-Link via Ethernet cable or Wi-Fi(2.4ghz or 5ghz)?
  4. What is the detailed symptom when the Sky Q box freeze, can we have a short video about the issue?

Thank you.

Same problem here with a new MR400. Sky box starting crashing immediately after switching from Sky Broadband router to the TP Link :(

Am switching to a better router this week anyway as have been disappointed with the MR400 so hopefully that will be fixed.

@simontplnkt6oO

Hi, nice to see you here.

Did you use OneMesh feature on MR400?

Except for Sky main box, do you have any mini boxes? And how are these boxes connected to MR400, 2.4ghz, 5Ghz, or Ethernet connection?

Have you tried to change the channel to be channel 11 for 2.4ghz, channel 48 for 5ghz?

@Adammiller Thanks for the message. I ended up ditching the router for a Huawei ;) Works great now.
