May I know who is the SIM card carrier? This 2 GB is a one-time download, or does it count for the whole download multiple times?

Try to reset the router to factory defaults either by pressing and holding the RESET button, or hitting the Factory Defaults on its web interface, reconfigure it to connect to the internet, DON'T change any other settings, such as Data Limit, confirm again if there are still issues.

Thanks for the update. Glad to know there is no issue with the other make, we will try to push the engineers to confirm the issue again.

@nightrider10 Identical issue here with this annoying limit and I can't find any solution to deactivate it. Makes my daily job working with video/audio files really pretty painful.

@TP-Link Thank you.
I did read this thread before asking here and thought I had the same firmware as mentioned as solution.
I have Firmware Version:1.3.0 0.9.1 / v0001.0 / Build 201207 / Rel.56223n
But the build is indeed different. I didn’t see earlier.
1.3.0 0.9.1 v0001.0 Build 210611 Rel.37338n
I’ll try with this one which now that I did install it displays in the background of the admin screen „Confidential . Only for test“.
