  @Kevin_Z

Again, thank you for your quick response.

1) The time is exact (I measured it with my watch).

2) I'd love to give you a screenshot, but I can't - the "zeroing" was visible for a second or two, and then disappeared (some devices registered as "off-line" for the same split second).

@Maciej Thank you very much for getting back with the detailed information as always you do.

We may discuss the issue in another thread regarding this 1.3.1 version. I just created a new thread and we can discuss it there if you have further issues or inquiries:

Discussion or Issue Report after Upgrading to the latest official Archer AX11000 1.3.1 Build 20220721

  @Kevin_Z happens about once every 24 hours. Been at different times. Twice it woke up in the morning to find the internet down. Today also failed late afternoon. When I login it the router, it says there is no internet connection. I can check next time if tehre is any WAN Ip address. From memeory no IP address for the WAN as it said the internet connection was down. I will look at the LED colour. The router is in the roof, so I did not see the LED colour these times. i just used the tether app or login via LAN to reboot the router.

Note that I did not do anything to the ONT fibre modem to restore the internet connection. Only rebooted the AX11000 via the APP or via the web interface.

  @Kevin_Z

I recently posted in the thread which you created; hopefully, we'll get the problem(s) solved.

As an aside, I'd like to add that I'm very pleased with the continuing support for the AX11000. I think I've written this somewhere before, but I'll just repeat myself and say that it is the best router that I've ever owned.

Same thing is happening to me. Noticed almost immediately after Iupdated the firmware. Really bad timing as I disconnected so many times playing online gaming (Diablo 3 new season) tonight. So frustrating. How can this get fixed?

1. Is the internet connection 100% stable before this firmware update? Is updating the AX11000 firmware to 1.3.1 Build 20220721 the only change before and after the internet issue occurs?

Yes, the connection was stable before this firmware update. Yes, this was only change.

2. When the internet is not available, what is the LED status on the AX11000, orange or white?

Orange. Personally, it looks more red to me than orange. It does take a few moments to change from white to orange.

3. Will the internet recover if you click the Release then Renew on its web GUI?

Unsure about the web GUI. I have only found the physical button on the back to reboot to allow reconnection.

4. Your Country and your Internet Provider.

Canada and Rogers.

Please advise how this can be fixed.

I attempted to load up the prior firmware (ax11000v1-up-ver1-2-1-P1[20210511-rel77051]_sign_2021-05-12_09.31.22.bin), but after clicking update, the error message becomes "Upload Error."

I attempted the Factory Restore, however it still had the same new firmware as I sadly expected. I had to set the network back up (regrettably).

How can I change back to the prior firmware version? I am getting an Upload Error when I attempt. Thoughts?

Yes, using Release and then Renew worked. Changed from Orange to White. Internet was restored.

@TheSiahSauce

Thank you very much for providing the detailed info regarding the internet issue after upgrading to the latest official firmware on your Archer AX11000.

Can I know which firmware version were you trying to downgrade to? Please try the following one, then monitor if the connection becomes stable:
