Hi,

 

I have started the process of replacing my ISP box with an Archer M600.

Accessing Internet,  WiFi  are now OK.

The only thing I can't fix is my NAS  ; I have a NAS connected to my box and I can remotely access it as I have set up a no-IP address .

I have  disconnected my NAS from my box and connected it to the M600. I have set up the dynamic address ( it works) . But when I try ftp://mynoipaddress.ddns.net, I keep receiving an error message asking to check FTP parameters.

As I'm far from being  geek I surely have missed one step !

I would appreciate help

Since you didn't mention it specifically, may I ask if you have properly setup port forwarding on your MR600?

 

For FTP you need to forward port 21 TCP to the IP address of your NAS.
