Tapo c200 night vision not working
I have 3 tapo c200.
Two work perfectly (one v1, one v2). The third tapo's (v2) night vision doesnt work.
When I manually select day view and night view, I hear a click. But, in night view, I see nothing but black.

Thank you for the feedback, glad to know you have tried to switch between Night& day mode :
- Tapo APP- On the Top of Live View page -- (Auto. Day mode.Night mode) (Skip this step if've tried)
Try to switch between the Night mode and day mode manually and hear if there is a click sound from camera.

Shake the camera and see if it will work properly.

When switched to Night vision. Please shine a light in the environment. Check if you can see any image from the camera when there is some light.
Can you share the MAC address & SN number of camera with us via private message; the APP version; model of phone and its Android or IOS version, thank you.
Can I know when did you purchase the camera and how long the camera has been working before? Did it accidentally hit something or fall to the floor?

@Solla-topee hi i am having the same problem about the auto mode not doing its thing. I have tried to always switch it up manually between the day and night mode but now it's not even working. It keeps getting stuck at night mode. Wondering if there's any solution to this. I do have a c100 though
