Hi,

Since a week or so, my Ipad Air doesn't connect to internet anymore. Before everything just worked fine.

It does connect to the internet, but not to the internet.All the other devices work just fine.

I've tried everything on the Ipad-side (renewing IP-adres, renewing network settings, etc).

I have reset my Connectbox and I have restarted the Deco M9 nodes.

But nothing seems to help.

Is there still anything I can try on de Deco M9?

Anyone any clues?

Hi, have you tried to enable the guest network with no security?

By the way, is the Ipad Air working with other wireless networks?

And may I know your current IOS version?

Please also turn off "fast roaming" under Deco APP>More>Advanced to see whether it made any difference.

Thank you for your reaction David.

I tried the guest network as you suggested.

Also turning of the fast roaming.

And I tried to connect to the router directly, without using the M9.

All have the same result: the Ipad has a wifi connection, (i can see it in the Deco app as connected), but no internet.

All other devices work fine. They all have wifi and internet.

I have not yet had the opportrunity to try other networks.

 

I am also in touch with the provider and router supplier. To see if they have a solution.

If you still have any suggestions, they are welcome.

Hi, Have you also tried to enable the mobile hotspot on the iPhone and connect iPad air to the hotspot?

Maybe the iPad itself has some internal issues.

I think we have the same issue. I tried connecting my devices to a hotspot network and it runs smoothly but with the deco it seems connected to the deco but theres no internet connection.
