AX11000 Unable to connect to cloud server to upgrade firmware
When attempting to upgrade the firmware on my AX11000 (hardware v1.6) I receive the error "Unable to connect to the cloud server. Please try again later." when clicking the CHECK FOR UPGRADES button on the GUI. I also have tried on the Tether app, but received the message: "Failed to update the firmware." I tried changing my DNS servers to a few different servers, as I had seen that it had worked for other models, but did not have any success. I also changed/verified my time servers as well. The manual firmware upgrades on the download page also appear to be out of date.
