H.265+, Alarm, Talk feature on TPLink-VIGI Onvif/RTSP

With the TP Link vigi I connected my camera to it with management port of 2020. I got the video feed but no talk feature as it's grey out. The alarm feature says the same too.
I also hoped that there should also be a tp link protocol being included to to pair with TP-Link Vigi.
The streaming should also enable H.265+ encoding.
The control should be at the NVR instead of the cloud when possible, so that a one-app access can be made.
