White Light
Hi
had the camera for 6 months with no problems.
However, the white of the camera is staying on.
Tried rebooting but no change.
I have left it unplugged but no change.
Hope someone can help.

Thank you for reaching out .
In the Camera Live view page, tap the ' Bulb' icon to turn on/off the White Spotlight
If this does not work, please factory reset the Tapo C320WS as the UG here.
Cam live view page > tap the 'Bulb' icon
You can change more Spotlight Settings in APP> tap ' Wheel' icon in the right top of cam Live view page > Camera Settings> Spotlight
