i have an ARCHER MR500 with the 1.2.0 0.9.1 version build 220818 reL 69350n
When I check the firmware on it, it says I don't need to update but when I check your support page, a new firmware is available
what is your advise ? To upload manually the last firmware ?

The new firmware is not available on the cloud yet and will be available soon, that is why the online upgrade cannot detect it now. You could download the new firmware and upgrade it manually via local upgrade.
