And you can try to reboot the front router if the above tips do not work.

If the problem remains, please help confirm the following information.
1. Please describe your network diagram, such as the Internet--wireless router)))Tapo Cameras.

2. What's the model number of your wireless router? Have you configured the settings such as MAC filtering, access control, parental control, etc.?

3. Please help confirm the model number and OS version of your phone and the version of your Tapo app.

4. Can you share the process when updating the firmware?
