Hi,
On the Tapo app>>Home page>>tap camera model card to enter the Live View page>>Tap Settings icon at the top right corner to enter the Camera Settings page>>Night Mode Settings>>select Black-and-White Mode, and then the spotlight won't turn on.

Thanks! There is still some glow seen but that I think comes from IR led leakage.
