My X73-DSL modem suddenly stopped connecting to the internet. Now if I pull out the power and plug it in again it will connect to the internet for about a minute and then disconnect.

When I check the connection the DSL connection status is connected and has no errors.

The PPPoE connection is off-line

Looking at the system log there are network unreachable errors, uci: Entry not found, plc backhand can not be enabled without plc_attachrd error.

I have contacted by ISP TPG but they have raised a ticket with the engineering team and awaiting a call back.

Does anyone have any advice on what the issue may be?

I managed to get a response from TPG and it was an issue on their end.

Apparently the fiber was damaged on another street due to construction and affected the entire area.

They could not explain why the connection would establish for a minute and then disconnect.

Have you got any conclusion of the root cause from TPG yet?

There hasn't been similar feedback before and based on the current information, it is quite like an issue from the service provider.
