Hi,

 

I have added Tapo C200 to Asustor Survelliance Center as an ONVIF device. The video streaming and Pan-Tilt are working but it is unable to record any motion detected videos.

The motion detected video recordings works on Tapo App.

I have another IP camera of a different brand and Asustor Survelliance Center is able to record motion detected videos.

 

Does anyone know how to get motion detection recording works on Asustor Survelliance Center?

Hi,
For the reported issue, please help confirm the network diagram, such as the Internet cable--Wireless router)))(((Tapo Cameras, Asustor Survelliance Center, phones, etc.
What's the model number of your wireless router? Are the Tapo C200 and Asustor Survelliance Center connected to the router's Wi-Fi directly or connected to different devices(for example, one connected to the router's Wi-Fi, one connected to an AP/RE connected to the router, etc.)?

 

Take the iSpy app as an example, please help check if the Tapo C200's motion detection is working on the iSpy after the camera is added to the iSpy app.
How can I view my Tapo camera on PC through the RTSP stream?
