It works on my phone but if I tried on other phone it says no internet access and internet light is also not on in modem only wifi power and pc like sign is on

Hi, what is the model no. and hardware version of your TP-Link device? and how do you connect it to your network?
Based on the LED status, it is not connected to the internet yet, you could also try reconguring it.
