Hi everyone,

 

On the past 2 weeks I have one of the Deco XE75 as Mesh and the Lan port #1 was not getting IP. I using cable connect to the unit and login to the web page 192.168.68.1 and cannot see any info for the network #1 on the unit. I cannot check is port work or not. I cannot get a IP if I plug in the port #1. If I plug the PC to the port #2 or #3 will get a IP. It was working until 2 weeks ago. Can anyone let me know how to troubleshooting for the port #1 and how can see is it working or not. Do not have any led light for the port so no way can tell is it working or not.

It is very likely the top port is broken and you could refer to the reply here to contact the local support team for warranty service.
