It seems that this deco still hasn't been updated.

 

I am missing alot of features on my x20 network compared to my m5 network and it seems to be because I have one of these decoa on my network preventing me from using any new feature. Are there any plans to resolve this it has been 2 years.

 

All of my deco x20's have been purchased in canada from local retailers and only my v2 has this issue as a side note.

  @Spid I'd ask the same of the X20-DSL and X20-4G.

 

The rest of the X20 range has had the updated features for over 6 months now. But I can't use any of them because my X20-DSL is my main device. 

 

So tp-link are the new features coming to all of the X20 range or not?

Hi, for Deco X20, V2 and above have already been updated with the latest features. V1 and V1.2 might still have the old versions.

Hi, The Deco gateway series, like Deco-DSL/Deco-4G/5G, their firmware release process would be slower than the basic models. It is planned to add similar new features on Deco X20-DSL and X20-4G.

The Canadian site has a v1.1.3 firmware also from 2021 but the deco app says I am up to date.

 

Am I ok to flash the firmware from the us site then since you confirmed that I am supposed to be updated?
