wifi 6g is not showing up on wifi 6e compatiable laptop
Hi Guys,
I have Rog Strix scar 16 2023 model laptop which for sure has 802.11ax wifi card which supports Wifi 6Ghz. However, the wifi 6ghz from router below doesnt show up anywhere no matter how many times I reset the wifi. Below is the router specs and the closest router I can find is Deco BE 85.

Hi, Thanks for the update. Generally, I don't believe this unit is faulty. I am awaiting further instructions from the engineers. I see that the engineer has also reached out to you via email for additional cooperation. Let's wait and see what they can discover.

I'm still awaiting a response from the engineer as i provided information which was requested. I have even offered to let them remote into a system i have setup on THE 2.5g lan port and has a wifi 6e (ax211) card. Lets see what they say.

@David_2024 The 6E on my BE95 isn't viewable from ANY windows laptop. I have an Asus Rog Ally w/ Marvell 6e and a Razer Laptop w/ Intel 6e wifi and neither can see the 6ghz wifi. All my Apple devices (MBP, iPhones and iPads) all connect and work as expected. I don't know if its a Windows issue or something w/ the tplink 6ghz signal.

I saw similar feedback about Asus Rog Ally and Intel(R) Wi-Fi 6E AX210 via Google search and I think it is more due to the Windows devices.
