Hi,
It's required to configure the Tapo H100 with a Tapo app, and currently, the Tapo app can't be installed on a Windows PC.
If you want to configure the Tapo H100, it's recommended to install the Tapo app on an Android phone or iPhone(iOS 11.0 or higher, Andriod 5.0 or higher), then refer to the setup video below to configure the Tapo H100.
