@David-TP Look port 53 is not opened until WAN cable is not connected and when i connect WAN cable so it takes 2-3 minutes to get ip address from main ISP modem and then port 53 will come back and then i can able to access internet but i was not facing this issue on previous version 1.6.2 or 1.61 or 1.5.8 but this beta firmware 1.7.0 is not good.

I'm really impressed by the fact TP-Link seems to be (finally) alive in the process of fixing years long issues (better calling it "lack of basic functions").
After months spent waiting for answers I just wanna thank all the company because it strongly pushed me in the friendly hands of Mikrotik.
Anyway I just want to encourage you to produce a finally stable and decent firmware version so that I could sell my 3 M4 on ebay without having to hear complains from the buyer about the misfunctioning paperweights.
Have a nice day

Hi, There is a plan to add similar features to other models but I'm afraid there hasn't been any ETA for Deco E4 yet.
Best regards.

@David-TP okay thanks for the reply. Is it also possible to add an ootiob to separate the 2.4ghz and 5ghz wifi signal? It is an option most routers have, as well as that of openwrt.

@David-TP Any plans for M4 users have the option to select a fixed WAN port and solve all the WAN auto-sense problems?

Hi, there is a plan to add this feature to other models. But no ETA for a specific model. Deco X50/X55_V1 will be the first model to support this feature.
OpenWRT is unlikely to be added to Deco. Neither does separate the 2.4ghz and 5ghz Wi-Fi signals.
One of the reasons for the IOT network is to offer a separate 2.4GHz SSID.
Hi, the official version of 1.7.0 might still need a while. So far, I haven't seen any ongoing release process for it.
Best regards.
