Deco M9/5 network does not assign IP address to all devices and even wired devices toggle on and off

I have a mesh system with 3 M9 plus and 2 M5. One of the M9plus is also my router. All are connected with ethernet cable CAT 6. The two M9 plus are connected in serie to the M9 router via a switch (TL-SG105E) and so are the two M5. So, from my M9 router there is first a switch and then there are two branches, one M9 branch with two units in serie and one M5 branch with two units in serie. I hope this is clear how my network is set up. If not please ask.
To my last M9 I have connected another switch (TL SG-105E). I have three devices connected with ethernet cable to this switch, a SONY TV, a NAS and a RaspberryPI with Home Assistant. In total I have 18 devices listed on my network.
No matter how I restart the Decos and the devices, my RaspberryPI doesn't show up on my list of devices and my NAS show up from time to time but is mostly not listed. There are some door video cameras that are connected over 2.4GHz wifi that also disappear from the list even if they have a strong signal.
Any advice on how I can improve the layout, optimize the settings or trouble shoot to have a more stable network are highly appreciated.
