Green Led is not blinking in new camera

I have purchased new camera and try to connect but as per the second steps after power on red and green Led should blink but green light is not blinking at all. I have reset the device but still not working. Looks like firmware issue please replace the device or resolve the issue.

Hi,
Please try the following steps:
1. You can turn off the camera, wait for two minutes, move the camera close to the router, turn it back on, and wait for another two minutes.

2. Refer to the link below to reset the camera to factory default settings, and check if the LED will flash red and green.

3. If the LED has no change at all, you can contact your retailer or local support to get a replacement if your camera is under warranty.
If the LED is flashing green and red, you can try to install it.
