Note:
1. *According to the user feedback and our further test, this 1.5.1 version does not support reverting to 1.4.1 via downgrade firmware recovery directly.
-Ever since 1.3.0, the firmware bin file has been over 32MB which passes the maximum file size of the HTTP uboot upgrade tool. So if you want to revert to 1.4.1, please refer to the following suggestions:
- Still run a firmware recovery on one of the satellites Deco X50 first.
- Try to upload an older official version, 1.2.2_Build_230301.zip for example,
- Then update to 1.4.1 from 1.2.2 via web UI.
- If this process works for the satellite Deco X50, We could repeat it on the main Deco later.
2. Please make sure the Deco APP is up-to-date.
3. Some features might not be available when there are other models in the Mesh network.

Hello David, I appreciate the hard work on this.
I currently own an X55 v1.26, do you have any plans of launching this firmware for this hardware version?

Hi, there will be but the ETA is not clear. If there is a beta/pre-release firmware available for Deco X50_V1.2, we might update it in the community as well.
As far as I know, It collaborates with Fing and shares the MAC address to enhance client device recognition capabilities.
Thank you very much and best regards.

@David-TP Hello. This firmware is 1.9 or 1.10 platform?
what is the difference and when will you add the switch Mu-Mimo/OFDMA .
it would be nice to add client connection speed and protocol(802.11ax/ac/n and 802.11k/v/r) to the application Deco APP.

Hi, it should be the next platform, 1.11.0.
As for the switch of MU-MIMO/OFDMA, I did see it has been added to the Deco XE75 series. It is switched to off by default on the Deco APP.
For other OFDMA-supported Wi-Fi 6 Deco, it should be enabled by default.
Have you noticed any issues with MU-MIMO/OFDMA enabled?
So far, I haven't seen any feedback about the influence/benefits of MU-MIMO/OFDMA-enabled/disabled.
Thank you very much and best regards.

Hi,
The bandwidth is auto negotiate or fixed? As far I understood is fixed!!!
Because I have some devices here that is not compatible with 160Mhz, and when I change to 80 MHz works...
Would be possible to implement feature that makes this "auto" (device decides where to connect)?

Hi, I do think the 5GHz bandwidth is " auto-negotiated". The non-160MHz mobile clients should automatically use 80MHz when connecting to 5GHz of Deco.
What are the devices that failed to connect to Deco X50 when it is on 160MHz?
Wait for your reply and best regards.

I just bought a Deco X55 3 pack. The web interface says
Model: X55(1.2) |
Firmware Version: 1.1.0 Build 20230522 Rel. 68968 |
Does this update apply to mine?
I want to statically set the WAN port because mine won't pick up and IP when my NVR is plugged in. I have to unplug it every time the Deco router reboots or statically set the IP on the Deco.
