require a reset to get setup on the mesh network was stable for 2 days  lost the connection  many times when offline many times 

 

i had to send the unit back

Hi, It is also suggested to refer to the following suggestions to edit the advanced settings on the router to improve the connection:

Fix unstable connection on the Range Extender by changing Router Advanced Features
