I'm planning to buy a deco mesh system, but now I'm not sure which one to choose.

I have a 1Gigabit internet plan and a good modem with WiFi 6.

I think the X50 AX3000 or X60 AX5400 is best to consider?, also, I saw that the X60 has an AX3000 model?

What are the exact differences between these, and which one is the best? And any other recommendations that might be better?

Thanks in advance,
Valentijn

  @Valentijn1

Hi, Welcome to the community.

For Deco X60, V3.2 is AX5400 while V3/V3.6 and V4.6 are AX3000.

The wireless specification is the main difference in the hardware.

Apart from that, the software release timeline might be different and the Deco X50 usually is one step further than the Deco X60.

Best regards.

Thanks for the reply and info, I also noticed the XE75 (Non pro) with wifi 6E and is now I think my option to go for, what about this one?, what are the differences and is the X50 still one step further than this one or is the XE75 one further? Also, I got a wifi 6 router from my internet provider (KPN Experia box V12), is it better for me to use the deco then in router mode and fully remove the router from my provider? (What is possible as I don’t need any phone or other ports), or is it better to keep the old modem and use AP? Thanks in advance, Best regards Valentijn.
