How to fix the camera it was already reboot and re start but it will not rotate like when it wS new purchases when thier is detection stay on one direction

Hi,

Please review the following troubleshooting steps if the camera does not track an event.
1. Please ensure the detection feature on the camera is working. If not, refer to the instructions here to troubleshoot: Detection Is Not Working On TP-Link Camera
2. What's the model number of your camera?
3. Please go to the camera's Device Settings>Detection page to confirm if the Motion Tracking/Auto Tracking feature is enabled. If you see the Auto Tracking feature, please let me know the settings you have configured.
