Hi,

I have been searching for someone from tp-link to respond - but have yet to find an answer.

I have the same issue as many others - blacklisting a device is not effective as the client can just change the mac address.

We need whitelisting as a feature. Could you kindly indicate if this is indeed coming, and if so what timeframe?  Deco X-20 and X-20 DSL.

  @bitsquid

Hi, Welcome to the community.

This feature has been added to several models, like Deco X50/X55, Deco X20_V4, etc.

Wi-Fi Access Control on the Deco

While for Deco X20-DSL, there hasn't been any timeframe yet.

Thank you very much and best regards.

  @David-TP I have the same problem with needing whitelisting. . Mine is Deco M5. Are you saying I need to purchase a whole new system in order to have whitelisting? Surely this can be attended to in a software update?

This system is currently failing me and a teenage screen-addicted son.  Please advise
