Connecting Tapo C320WS, people detection, with Alexa

I'm trying to set up an automation using Alexa (or Google Home) with people detection alarms from C320WS cameras, but I haven't had success because Alexa only recognizes motion detection. Is this possible? How can I do this?"

The Tapo C320WS V2 supports Alexa Person and Motion detection announcement, however, as you can see on the thread: Alexa Announcement and Alexa Routine Are Unavailable on the Alexa App for the Tapo Cameras, since Alexa only releasing the Person Detection Announcement feature in the US due to regulations in different regions, the Person Detection Announcement feature will disappear on the Alexa app if your Alexa account is not a US account.

I'll try to use a Tp-link device to connect my cameras with the automation system. I have different brands and need generic software to respond to person detection. If someone has a suggestion, I would appreciate it.
