How to access my Tapco C520WS Wifi cameras over internet or mobile data while I'm away
Hi Fellas,
I have implemented couple of C520WS wifi cameras at my house and I want to be able to watch it over internet while I'm away.
I'm not sure how to do it.
I would appreciate your help on this.
Regards,
Durai

Hi,
Generally, once the camera is configured successfully on the Tapo app, it's bound to your TP-Link account, and then you can control it remotely via the Tapo app.
You don't need to configure additional settings to make the camera be controlled remotely.

@Solla-topee If I connect my mobile to mobile data or other network, tapco shows devices are offline. But I get motion detection alerts. Unable to watch the camera stream. Could you please help me to resolve this issue?

Hi,
You can refer to the instructions below to troubleshoot if fail to control your camera remotely.
What to do if I can't control my Tapo cameras on the Tapo app?
Please confirm the test results of the above steps if the problem remains.
And you can try to factory reset the camera, reconfigure it, and then check if it will work.
