I have the alarm on my C52WS security cameras on at night, with these settings:

 

ALARM - On

 

ALARM TYPE - Sound & Light

 

ALARM DURATION - 15 seconds

 

SPOTLIGHT SETTINGS - Brightness 100

 

ON/OFF DURATION - 5 min

 

When the alarm is triggered the alarm audio plays, but there is no accompanying light.

Is there something wrong with my settings, or is there some setting I'm missing?

Hi,
You can try the following steps and check if they help.
1) On the camera's Device Settings>Detection page, turn off the Auto Tracking feature if it's enabled.
2) Go to the Video & Display>Night Mode Settings page, select the Infrared Mode, and check if it helps.
3) On the camera's Live View page, turn on or off the spotlight to confirm if the spotlight is working.
